Building Working Class Power
Join us to celebrate another year of victories for workers and communities in San Francisco and beyond. This year we will recognize outgoing SF Supervisors John Avalos, David Campos and Eric Mar for their leadership and partnership on many of our coalition’s biggest victories including the Retail Workers Bill of Rights, $15 Minimum Wage, Local Hire and Wage Theft Prevention Ordinances, saving City College of SF and CPMC community benefits agreement.
We will honor the former IMPEC contracted custodial workers who won their two-year campaign to be “insourced” as full-time, permanent University of California SF employees with union representation with support from AFSCME Local 3299, Chinese Progressive Association and community, labor and political allies.
The event will also feature new media journalist and stand up comic Francesca Fiorentini of AJ+, DJ Oscar Grande and appetizers, drinks and plenty of labor/community solidarity.
Buy individual tickets here, or sponsor the event or purchase an ad or groups tickets by downloading and mailing in the sponsorship form here.
