Join the Middle East Children’s Alliance in a Celebration of our 30th Anniversary & a Tribute to co-founder Barbara Lubin!

The Middle East Children’s Alliance is a nonprofit organization working for the rights and the well-being of children in the Middle East. MECA supports dozens of community projects for Palestinian children and refugees from Syria. Since 1988 we have delivered $21 million in food and medical aid to Palestine, Iraq, and Lebanon. MECA welcomes the support of all people who care about children and their future.

5-7pm: Hors D’oeuvres & Wine Reception,

7-9:30pm: Program with MC ALI ABUNIMAH and ALICE WALKER, ANGELA DAVIS, BARBARA LUBIN, HOLLY NEAR, & MELANIE DEMORE!

And MECA is honored to present the First Annual Barbara Lubin Hell-Raiser Awards jointly to: Dr. Rabab Abdulhadi, Reem Assil, & Lara Kiswani! (Although Rabab will be speaking in Paris and cannot attend, Reem and Lara will be there).
